Mr. Huy Nhat Co-founder, Chairman and CEO
Mr. Huy is responsible for the overall management of Huy Vietnam, driving new restaurant openings, business development and marketing efforts. He has over 20 years of in-depth experience in the F&B industry, and has successfully opened restaurants in the USA, China and Vietnam. His qualifications include a BA from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tam Co-founder and Chief Chef
Ms. Tran is responsible for Huy Vietnam’s food safety, preparation and quality control. Her responsibilities also include recipe development and the management of the food preparation team. She has over 30 years of in-depth experience as a head chef and restaurant owner, having operated Vietnamese restaurants in the USA and Vietnam. She previously attended law school at Hue University.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Buu Head of Sourcing and Vice President of Operations
Mr. Nguyen is responsible for Huy Vietnam’s quality control and sourcing. He has over 15 years of quality control and food processing experience, and previously served as a Vice President of Operations at Huy Long Vien Group. His qualifications include an MA in Business Administration from Ho Chi Minh University.
