Huy Vietnam takes great pride in the immense customer loyalty that our restaurant brands enjoy, in particular, because this loyalty is the clearest endorsement of our restaurants’ charm, quality, services, products, and “customer first” corporate culture.
As part of our customer-oriented initiatives, the performances of our managers and service staff are regularly reviewed, and our non-smoker-friendly restaurants are designed to be easily accessible for the disabled and include children’s play areas with baby-sitting services. We also have a customer service hotline to quickly address any issues, offer our customers free birthday meals, and encourage them to take part in feedback surveys through the provision of rewards.
While it is imperative that we continue to fully meet our customers’ expectations, we cannot rest on our laurels. Therefore, we employ an extensive and coordinated marketing and advertising strategy. This, for example, utilizes TV, newspapers and social media to highlight our use of organic vegetables and meat. We also have the support of various Vietnamese celebrities, issue customer loyalty membership cards, offer labor union discounts, and sponsor both a professional sports team and a cooking show on TV presented by our own chefs. Moreover, for the needy, our Mon Hue restaurant brand will soon be actively supporting a Tet-related charity program.
