Huy Vietnam’s delivery service was officially established in the first half of 2013 in response to our customers, both families and businesspeople, having busier lifestyles. To facilitate our customers’ needs, they can place orders not only through our dedicated central delivery hotline but also through any restaurant directly. In addition, we have partnered with more than 1600 hotels and companies in Ho Chi Minh City to enable their guests to more easily enjoy our Món Huế, Phở Ông Hùng, Great Bánh mì & cafe, Cơm Thố Cháy, Phở 99, Iki sushi, Shilla Korean BBQ Restaurant, TP Tea and Mi Quang Bep Tam dishes.
The delivery network is serviced by a fleet of 24 motorcycles located at the central kitchen and particular Món Huế, Phở Ông Hùng, Great Bánh mì & cafe, Cơm Thố Cháy, Phở 99, Iki sushi Shilla Korean BBQ Restaurant, TP Tea and Mi Quang Bep Tam restaurants to enable punctual deliveries — usually within about 45 minutes — of our restaurant-caliber meals. Thus, our customers are able to enjoy their quality meals in a timely fashion with satisfaction guaranteed.
Due to the runaway success of the delivery service, Huy Vietnam already has plans to increase the motorcycle fleet to over 30 motorcycles. We are also going to implement a toll-free phone service center to both further encourage off-site orders and better respond to the higher order volumes often seen during peak hours and on hot or rainy days.
