Located in Ho Chi Minh City, Huy Vietnam’s state-of-the-art central kitchen can service over 150 restaurants and is an essential aspect of our ability to ensure food safety, consistency, quality and taste for all our restaurants.
Our central kitchen employees are divided into various dedicated teams. The food sourcing team is tasked with initial quality control to ensure that all the ingredients gathered from our partner farms are up to par. The food preparation team is involved in the next major quality control step, both double-checking the quality of the ingredients and following stringent recipes and other guidelines with regard to food preparation. The Head Chef, meanwhile, formulates the dishes’ secret ingredients to ensure their consistency and standardization.
The Head Chef, top management and quality control management team then perform daily food taste tests to ensure the dishes meet the expectations of the Mon Hue, Com Tho Chay, Pho Ong Hung, Great Banh mi & Cafe brands and their customers. Finally, the quality control managers not only travel to the restaurants personally for further quality control checks but also report their findings back to the management so that improvements can be made wherever possible.
